Remember 1 Cor? If we are going to boast about something, we should boast about God.
I was just reminded of this today. Our abilities are not important; Christ is. When we boast about ourselves, we draw attention to ourselves. When we boast about God, we draw attention to Him.
This doesn't mean we should put ourselves down. Instead we should have humility. There's a difference!
Our God is such a great Lord that he gave us all strengths of our own! So praise God for the gifts He's given you and use them to draw attention to Him =)
