CYM level Christmas party on 23rd December

main objective: celebrating this joyous occasion together as one big family

rough outline of the program on the 23rd Dec:

5-6pm - Games
6-730pm - Dinner
730-8pm - Clear up and gather in auditorium
8pm-815pm - Gift exchange
815-915pm - Carols/Worship


Note to all:

1) For dinner, Chai will be ordering shepherd's pie and turkey i think. Additionally, it would be nice if we (as a CG) bring a dish.. what do you think?

2) Christmas is also a time of giving and so we'll be having a gift exchange. So, bring a present each (of about $5) so that we can have a fun mutual gift exchange.

3) We'll be having a time of carols/worship at the end so that we do not forget why we are even able to gather together and celebrate this occasion in the first place. Any volunteers to help with this segment?

4) Confirm your attendance by sat (20 dec) so Chai knows how much food to order!
